Features
The vanilla debug menu has a so called media mode, which, among other settings, allows manipulating the time-scale (for slowmo/time lapse effects).
This mod adds key binds to toggle media mode (it must be on for time-scale effects to apply) and set the time-scale to configurable values. This allows for these effects to be applied seamlessly without opening the debug menu.
Configuration
The configuration must be changed to set the key binds and the time-scale they activate.
The recommended way to change the configuration is via the BepInEx Configuration Manager. It is especially helpful with key binds.
Alternatively the config files can be edited manually under <game-directory>/BepInEx/config/SmilingLizard.plugins.timecontrol.cfg.
