    -added four new tiles, most of them are medium difficulty. Im getting close to considering the medium tile category as done, and will begin to work on more hard tiles.

    -added new rain mechanic: when loading in, there is a 30% chance for rain. Can be configured to be higher or lower in the config section. Thanks kesomannen!
