By default, it's playing at all extraction point and if surplus (extra money) more 10k$, but you can change it at config

Enabled: Enabling playing sound at extraction points
Only On Last Extract: Trigger sound only at last extract point
Surplus Quota: The surplus value after which trigger sound (sets to 0 will play sound always)
