Features
Instead of Upgrade Costs increasing with each type of Upgrade bought, this makes it now scale with the maximum amount of an Upgrade a player has.
If for example 3 players have 2 HP Upgrades each, then those will still cost as much as if you only bought 2. It would only increase once a player claims a third one.
This makes spreading Upgrades among your teammates a bit of a better strategy, since costs won't increase as fast.

- Added a config option to set the amount of items that spawn in the shop. Vanilla limit is 14, but mods like 'MoreShopItems' can increase this.
