Limits your Sprint Speed. It can't go above the threshold. Modify the threshold in the config. Applied at the every level's start.
Tune this to define the maximum effective value of sprint upgrades: "MaxSprintUpgradeAdditive" Won't remove the exact upgrade, will just cap it.
