Added plushies of Neuro, Evil Neuro, and Vedal as valuable!

Neuro Model made by Jairus on Sketchfab. Vedal Model made by Taprieiko on Sketchfab. Evil's Texture Change was done by me.

Neuro Plushie Mod

The original Neuro Plushie Mod was made by cutellurium, whose mod has been added as a dependency for this minipack.

Planned Update

Custom Audio for Evil Neuro and Vedal Plushies. Still learning how REPOLib fully works.
