Disables the client-side Photon TimeoutDisconnect check to potentially reduce random disconnects. Now includes a configuration option to toggle the patch. Does not prevent server-side timeouts.
Configuration option (Enable Patch in BepInEx/config/JustSomeGuyDev.DisableClientsideTimeout.cfg) to toggle the timeout disconnect patch. Defaults to true (enabled).
Compatibility with REPOConfig for in-game configuration management.
