A simple, toggleable third-person camera mod with zoom and configurable offsets.
Update 1.2.0
- Fixed Far clipping issue.
- Fixed an issue where some people couldn't get the mod to activate with any keys.
Update 1.1.0
- Added Sprint Animation
- Added Zoom in/out config so you can change keys for both zooms.
What this mod does
This mod allows you to seamlessly toggle between First-Person and Third-Person views at the press of a button.
- Toggleable View: Press the configurable hotkey (Default: X) to switch perspectives instantly.
- Smart Rendering: Uses a unique camera method so that your Flashlight and Grabbing interactions still originate correctly from your character model, not the camera.
- Zoom: Use the mouse scroll wheel to zoom the camera in and out while in third-person.
- Animations: Forces player animations to render locally so you can see yourself move, sprint, and tumble.
- Client Side: This is purely a client-sided mod. It works in multiplayer lobbies without other players needing it.
Config Options
You can adjust these settings in the BepInEx config file:
- ToggleKey: The key used to switch modes (Default: X).
- OffsetX: Adjusts the horizontal camera position (Left/Right).
- OffsetY: Adjusts the vertical camera height (Up/Down).
- OffsetZ: Adjusts the default distance behind the player.
Notes
- Your flashlight model is gone (but the light is still there and works fine). That is just how it is, cry more.
