This mod inverts REPO's basic outcome logic. Extracting is failure, dying is success. Simple, stupid, and exactly what you need.
What this mod does
- Extracting counts as a loss for the run.
- Dying counts as a win and ends the level as completed.
- Host only needs it. The host or singleplayer instance controls the outcome.
How it works
- Hooks into the game's level change logic.
- When a normal run ends, it swaps the "completed" and "failed" flags.
- Extraction that would normally finish the level as a win is turned into a loss.
- Death that would normally fail the level is turned into a win instead.
No extra UI, no fluff, just flipped logic.
