Charlie Morningstar appears as a wonderful statue valuable!! It's very similar to the Golden Statue, only slightly lighter, slightly smaller and slightly less expensive! (I made sure it fits perfectly in the small cart)

- Made it very slightly heavier (You were not intended to be able to pick it up that easily with 0 strength)

- Changed Volume Type from "Very Tall" to "Tall" because I realized she was not nearly as tall as the actual Golden Statue

- Slightly shrunk volume size of colliders for, hopefully, more consistent spawning

- Fixed an oversight in its offset that may have caused spawning to remain super inconsistent. Should also no longer spawn clipped into walls / on the floor!
- Set price to be similar to other "Tall" category items (18k-25k)
