Walkie Talkie

Adds a walkie talkies that you can buy at shop. They work on the "talking bot head" principle but on distance and lower sound instead of making it higher. You can switch between walkie talkies channels with 'V' there's as much channels as walkie talkies on level. Orange top number on a walkie-talkie is receiving channel and the bottom red one is target channel(that yellow number of another walkie talkie). I'll add config later so you could change the bind. The code is still pretty rough; some features may don't work. Invitation for mod-devs to check out the source code on GitHub if you'd like to take a look and improve it;)
