Flash Patch

Allows you toggle the flashlight ON or OFF regardless whether you're standing, crouching, crawling, or tumbling.

There is a chance for the flashlight to flicker 1 to 10 times.

Credit to Finnick for his better flashlight mod which you can find here. I used it as a base for this mod.
