WIP Acrid tweaks: Blight third swipes add a stack and capped bonus healing. Cloying Breath recharges in 10 seconds.

On-hit Collapse, 10% faster normal Flood charging, a 50% Collapse follow-up after Trespass, and a transformation pulse. Configurable skill buffs; testing ongoing.

Adds Volta's Band: heavy hits call down two storm strikes, half a second apart, with Charged Perforator thunder. An uncommon native-style elemental band.

An icy white Perforator with a rare Glacial Worm boss, telegraphed frost eruptions, and its own yellow boss reward.

TEST BUILD: Acolyte buffs and Lingering Anima passive. Sacrifice recovers up to 5% max HP from reserve; Anima kills add 0.2s, capped at 3s per transformation. Includes ability descriptions. Balance testing ongoing.
