ProjectileChargePatch

This mod makes the gun.charge and its related functions actually work, allowing you to make cards that allow you to hold down the mouse to increase the speed and damage of your next bullet, or increase projectile count, etc.

To enable, set gun.charge = true in the card's SetupCard.

Parameters chargeDamageMultiplier - Maximum multiplier for projectile damage at full charge.
chargeSpeedTo - Maximum multiplier for projectile speed at full charge.
Credits This mod was originally made by willuwontu, but was deprecated and since then stopped working. I have since fixed the mod and brought it back from the dead.
