Clone Mod. With the right stick you record yourself doing whatever. With the left stick you summon a clone that does everything you did while recording. KNOWN BUGS/WARNINGS: In my experiments the mod would sometimes not load with the game, I haven't had that issue in a while, if you get it, just reload. Also, the moves, for some reason, are not entirely perfect, sometimes a move will be delayed, my guess is hardware issue or "aliasing" issue. If you change scenes while a clone is loaded E.G. to flat land or otherwise, your screen will go black, just pull down on the right joystick to U-turn, this will remove the black screen. (snap turn if U-turn is disabled)

HOW TO SHARE CLONES: Using the modUI, select the download clone option, a checkbox will show up, click the button (it doesn't matter what color the button is or turns into, it will do the same thing regardless). This will save your most recently created clone to a file. You must have already created a clone in your current session for this to work. You can find your clone file at Rumble/UserData/CloneBending/clone.json. Send that to others and they can upload it to their game. If you want to upload a clone, just put the clone.json file into the same Rumble/UserData/CloneBending folder, with the name "clone.json", then run the game and open the modUI, select Upload clone, and then play the clone by clicking down on the left joystick as you would normally.

CHANGELOG

Version 0.8.0

  • Created

Version 0.9.5

  • Clones now appear in LIV
  • Clones now go home after playing. (results in smoother playback, at cost of overhead at the end)
  • Fixed visual bug tied to position in the world (functional bugs still remain lol)

Version 0.9.6

  • Literally just changed the readme. Forgot to update for .9.5.

Version 0.9.7

  • I forgot to remove a console.log. (I know, I gotta start looking at my code before publishing the update)

Version 1.0.0

  • Heyyy, finally fixed that big issue where the clones can't move very far or structure spawns get weird. It was two lines of code.

Version 1.5.0

  • Fixed snap turn desync
  • Fixed scene change persistence
  • Fixed button cooldown, now pressable once unpressed

Version 2.0.0

  • Finally works with customization update
  • Don't have a clone playing while transfering to flatland. You'll have to restart your game.
  • I'm unsure if starting a match while a clone is playing will cause issues.

Version 2.0.1

  • Updated the version in the modui so it doesn't look out of date when using the modui :((((((

Version 2.0.2

  • You can now share your clones with your friends. Check mod description for explanation.

Version 2.0.3

  • Fixed black screen when user U-turns while clones are spawned

Version 2.2.0

  • Fixed issue where LIV records from clone POV (clones are still invisible, that will be the focus of the next update)

Version 2.5.0

  • Clones now have the option to aim at the player (LIV clone invisibility will actually be the focus of the next update)

Version 2.7.0

  • Re-headed the clones
  • Now only the correct number of clones loads
  • Finn sword
