What Is Empire 2.0?

Empire 2.0 is a comprehensive update of the original Empire mod, rebuilt to work with:

• Schedule I v0.4.2f9
• S1API 2.9.0+
• MelonLoader 0.7.0

This version restores all original Empire functionality*.
You now only need the DLL file (plus S1API 2.9.0+ and MelonLoader 0.7.0).

NPC Bulk Buyers (Breaking Bad–Inspired)

Empire 2.0 includes 16 unlockable NPC bulk buyers, each with unique personalities, preferences, and deal structures.

NPC buyers will request:

• A specific drug
• A quality tier
• Required and optional effects

Example request:

"Combo Costco wants 6x poor weed with the following required effects: Energizing, and optional effects: Sneaky."

The Empire phone app displays:

• Reward / price range
• Time limit
• Failure penalties
• Contract details
• Dead drop location

Some buyers have special rules, such as:

• After‑curfew‑only deliveries
• Preferred drug lists
• Favored effects
• Randomized flavor effects
• Penalties for late delivery

Empire Phone App

Your gateway into the world of bulk dealing with the Breaking Bad‑inspired cast.

The app includes five tabs:

Reputation

Shows your standing with each buyer, including:

• Unlockable higher‑tier buyers
• Required reputation levels
• Whether the buyer requires after‑curfew deals

Product

Displays:

• Which drugs the buyer deals in
• Their preferred effects
• Unlock status for each drug/effect

Shipping

Invest in the buyer to increase:

• Requested quantities
• Payouts

Gifts

Give buyers what everyone loves — cash.

• Increase reputation through gifts
• Claim rewards such as drug products, items, or even cars

Debt

Ol’ Uncle Nelson left behind some… financial obligations.
Some buyers require you to pay off his debts before they’ll trust you.
