Adds a brand new stamina system into the game.
Includes config options:
- Blocking drain
- Melee drain (Fists)
- Melee drain (Weapons)
- Throwables drain
- Drain speed (Sprinting)
- Regain speed
- Jump drain
- Minimum stamina in order to be able to run/jump again
- Minimum stamina in order to be able to attack again
- Enable/disable visible stamina bar
