Troubleshooting
My cards look weird (blank cards, base game cards, incorrect sizes, Mammotree is the only card I pull and then my game freezes), how do I fix this?
- Something was not installed correctly, follow the steps for a clean install as outlined in the install video. Be sure to carefully follow the steps to ensure correct installation.
Will reinstalling mess up my save?
- No, saves are stored elsewhere and are not deleted in the clean install process.
I used ThanzoMod previously and now my game isn't loading right with this mod, what happened?
- The two mods are not compatible. Best suggestion at this time is to reinstall ThanzoMod and remove all custom furniture added from the mod, then follow the clean install directions from the video for this mod.
Gameplay
Why is this Charizard so cheap?
- The cards do not correlate to real world prices, and instead follow base game pricing.
I just got a Ghost card but can't find it in my binder, where is it?
- Ghost cards are under the Trainer section. Open your binder and press F, then select the blue Trainer button. If your buttons are purple, press U (you will hear a chime), then close and reopen your binder and press F again to see the blue Pokemon buttons. Selecting Trainer will show your Ghost cards.
How do I see my Yu-Gi-Oh cards?
- Press U (you will hear a chime) then open your binder and press F. You should see purple buttons for the Yu-Gi-Oh packs. If your buttons are blue, press U (you will hear a chime), then close and reopen your binder and press F again to see the purple Yu-Gi-Oh buttons.
Why do half of my foil cards not have the right foil?
- This is a known issue, and was a tradeoff to get other parts of the mod working correctly.
What cards can I get from each pack?
- Packs are now labeled with their indicators; with some exceptions, the first card pack for Tetramon and Destiny will have gens 1-3, second will have gens 4-6, third will have 7 and 8, and fourth will have gen 9.
- The exception is the first 121 Pokemon, which follow the rarity assigned to the base game cards. Please compare the dex number for the Pokemon you're looking for to the rarity of the base cards to determine what pack to find it in https://tcgcardshopsimulator.wiki.gg/wiki/Tetramon_Base
