PlanterCoreClusters - Updated for EMU 6.1.3

Adds a Tech Tree unlock that allows Planters to benefit from Core Clusters.

Features

• New Tech Tree unlock: "Planter Core Boost"
• Each Core Cluster provides 5% speed boost to nearby Planters
• Works with all Planter types (including modded variants)
• Stacks with other speed bonuses

Installation

1. Requires EquinoxsModUtils 6.1.3+
2. Install via r2modman or extract to BepInEx/plugins
