to install manually download the skin on the site extract the folder and place the folder named REAVER SKIN PACK at %APPDATA%\bobthecorn2000\ULTRAKILL\ultraskinsGC-V2/GlobalSkins copy and paste this in the folders explorer search bar
to use the skin click the us button on the main menu then select the skin
