Hateful Trifecta is a standalone ULTRAKILL custom campaign, consisting of 2 (of 3 MAIN levels, may get 2 side levels) levels, set in a custom HATE layer concept, where the souls of the more hateful in life are sent to.
How to Start the Campaign.
Go to 7-2 and look around. There's a final hellevator somewhere, locked behind three red skull altars. The skulls should be located all around the level.Skull Locations

3: Behind the big Cerberus statue near the beginning.
