Menu enhancement and customization.

Features

Change the menu dialog type

• Switch between the current (transparent) menu and the old (panel) menu.
• Note! The old menu does not have the Save and Continue buttons.

Reposition menu

• Click and drag the ornament (current menu) to reposition.
• Click and drag the wood panel (old menu) to reposition.

Disable Game 'pause' on menu

• Disables the 'pause' feature that occurs in single-player/cheats mode when the menu is shown.

Configuration

Changes to any of the configuration options requires opening and closing the menu to take effect.
