Crafting requires:

• Padded armor set as the base to forge the Samurai armor at The Shaper.
• Draugr Fang bow, Blackmetal sword, Blackmetal atgeir, Blackmetal knife and Porcupine mace as the base to forge the Samurai weapons at The Shaper.

Also, don't forget to visit Haldor — you'll need to buy a Runic Capsule from him to craft any gear from the "Arsenal of Distant Origins" series.
