Experience Tuner
Adjust Valheim skill experience gain and death penalties via configurable multipliers.
- Host authority: only the session host/dedicated server configuration is applied. Clients automatically sync the active multipliers when they connect no matter what their local config says.
Configuration
After installing, launch the game once to generate the config file at:
BepInEx/config/yourname.valheim.skilltuner.cfg
Edit the file to change:
ExperienceMultiplier(default 1.0) — scales skill XP gainDeathPenaltyMultiplier(default 1.0) — scales death skill loss
Set values higher than 1 to increase the effect, lower than 1 to reduce it, or 0 to disable. When playing multiplayer, make the change on the host (or dedicated server); connected clients will adopt the host's values automatically.
