JanooBalance - To make Valheim less of a slog!

• "Rested" buff now lasts 5 minutes per level instead of 1 minute
• Stamina regen rate is almost doubled which helps take out the tedium of mining and chopping
• Deathquito damage is lowered to 60 from 90
• Mud piles in swamp dungeons ALWAYS drop something, and can sometimes drop 2 iron scrap
• Crafting station range has been tripled
• Stone pieces are now proportionate to their size, so 4x2 = 8 stone, 1x1 = 1 stone
• Bronze output is doubled (2+1 = 2)
• Config available to change tame speed
