This mod requires the following mods to function

Information:
- All the EpicLoot hater(s) will say these changes won't make a difference and to just use Jewelcrafting instead, while Jewelcrafting is far more balanced on it's own, that mod has its own balancing issues that takes time to configure "shrug" but these patches are to help with the issues in the mod to make the gameplay more balanced and as close to jewelcrafting as I can. I've received plenty of feedback to know that even without CLLC, these patches made their gameplay balanced but I always recommend to use CLLC so it gives players a new approach and challenge.
- Note: I don't hate Jewelcrafting, I enjoy the mod just as much as I enjoy EpicLoot and with both playthroughs of each especially in JewelHeim and RelicHeim, I haven't seen any performance issues with either one as "many" people claim that EpicLoot is bad, but until there is proof and profiling, I wouldn't believe someone's words that uses old information.
Features:
- My balances are basically nerfed MagicEffects to make EpicLoot not need CLLC to function and just not feel like powerful god etc, using CLLC is still recommended to give you a better experience overall.
- It also includes an overhaul of what can be applied on equipment, ex: Armor only on Helmet, Chest Legs, Can't have BOTH healthregen and healthtick at same time, some effects are disabled
FreeBuild, Add-Blunt/Pierce/Slash, AddPhysicalResistance, TriplebowShot etc
- Magic Effects,
- All values are nerfed to be balanced as possible
- The weight of which some effects can be selected will be rarer
- The increase interval value when augmenting will be smaller
- Some enchants can't be applied on same piece which forces player to choose.
- Sacrificing,
- All gear will give the same materials back instead of it being different types of pieces.
- Gamble,
- where every gamble is a 50% chance to not get something enchanted
- Reaugments
- now require Forest/Iron/Gold Tokens instead of coins, which forces you to do bounties and explore more.
- LegendarySets,
- more LegendarySets to choose from
- Small creatures
- No longer drop loot,
- Small creatures will instead have chance to drop magic materials which can be higher rarity based on stars.
- Tough Creatures
- AKA Trolls, Abominations etc (ToughCreatures), 10% chance to drop enchanted loot no matter the stars
- BossDrops
- Changed how many items can drop per star and rarity
- TreasureChests
- will no longer contain enchanted items and instead will contain magic materials to help with enchanting etc.
