## Mod replacing vanilla chat on new one, with custom options and features: resize, move, chat mode (say, shout, whisper), font change, color change
Options:
Chat Text Font => true, false (enable/disable custom chat font)
Chat Hide Time => time for chat window to disappear after being unfocused. Set to 99999 so chat window will always be visible
Chat Window Color => chat color
Enable Type Sound => enable/disable type sound
Enable WorldTexts => enable/disable world texts when someone writes
New Font Name => Custom font name if Chat Text Font enabled
