Description:
This mod adds an RPG-like system of levels and attribute increases: - Maelstrom Branch (Taken from Wacky)
Mod changes the way monsters scale with stars; instead of +1 it's default +125 per star (For more overpowered playthroughs) (Currently a little scuffed, need to look at the math. Kinda works as intended though; 0 star monsters will be 125 levels above what they should be, 1 star = 250+ (1 star should be 125+)) Can be configured through Bepinex Configuration Manager
