BloodMoon
Adds a rare Blood Moon event: once every N days the night turns crimson, enemies become temporarily stronger (+1 star) and more numerous. Fully multiplayer compatible, visuals revert at dawn.

- Prevented star stacking across multiple Blood Moons.
- Prevented uncontrolled mob multiplication.
