Updated for MCE v3.0. No longer requires MCE to work offline. MCE still required for server to enforce configuration settings.
Merged the two keybinds into one. Now context aware based on whether players have challenged each other or are in an active fight.

Changed losing a challenge to result in 1 hp instead of death
Added a config setting to allow losers of challenges to die (still fully protecting gear and skills, you just get to enjoy their ragdoll'd corpse)
Added mod dependency for Mod Config Enforcer, allow servers to enforce the setting for losers to die or keep 1 hp
