Vikings Magic

Vikings Magic is a mod focused on expanding magic throughout the entire progression of the game. It adds staves, wands, protection orbs, codices, magical foods, and many other items. Created so you can follow the path of magic from the very beginning of your journey, evolving as a mage as you advance through the biomes and face the challenges of the world.

• Workbenches
  Exclusive workbenches dedicated to crafting and upgrading all magical items in the mod, serving as the core of arcane progression.

• Staffs
  Staffs unique to each biome, representing different stages of magical mastery throughout the journey.

• Wands
  Fast-attack wands wielded in one hand, ideal for agile spellcasting and dynamic combat.

• Orbs
  Magical orbs that significantly increase the player’s elemental defense.

• Armor Sets
  Custom armor sets focused on Eitr regeneration, allowing sustained and continuous use of magic.

• Healer Armor Sets
  Armor designed for a support playstyle, ideal for players who want to heal and assist their allies in combat.

• Healing Books
  Books used for area-of-effect healing, capable of removing negative effects and debuffs from nearby allies.

• Codices
  Equippable books that enhance elemental damage.

  Magical broths and drinks focused on Eitr, designed to sustain long battles.

• Potions
  Potions focused on Eitr regeneration, providing additional support for mages during critical moments.

• Water Flask
  An essential item for crafting magical food.

Dedicated Slot

• It has a dedicated slot, the Codex, reserved for elemental enhancement books. Requires AzuExtendedPlayerInventory

Main Mechanics

• Staffs
  All staffs feature secondary attacks with cooldowns, adding strategy, control, and decision-making to the use of magical abilities.

• Healing Books
  Healing books apply a cooldown after use, preventing continuous casting without planning.

• Healing Armor
  Healer armor applies a significant damage debuff and a cooldown before it can be re-equipped after removal, preventing abusive gear swapping during combat. Wearing the full Healer armor set drastically reduces the cooldown of healing books, encouraging a fully support-oriented playstyle.

• Food
  Magical food requires water as an ingredient, which can be collected from any natural water source using an empty flask, adding an extra layer of preparation and immersion.

Progression

The mod was designed to offer a cohesive and well-defined progression: each biome unlocks new challenges, items, and magical possibilities, reinforcing the feeling of constant evolution throughout the journey.

More than simply adding items, Vikings Magic delivers immersion, a strong identity, and a complete magical experience, allowing the player to develop as a mage from the very beginning to the most advanced stages of the world.
