Custom SFX will work without RtDMonstrum however volume will not be perfect with game volume.
To remove custom SFX warning install RtDMonstrum for now. This bug is due to the original mod these came from being split apart as it had over 150 monsters and mega mods are no good.
This issue will be investigated further as I have time.
