Valkyrie's Extended Status Effects

Allows creation of custom Status Effects using JSON configuration. Currently allows these new stats:

HP
Stamina
Eitr
Stealth levels
Weapon Damage % Modifier

Default configuration can be found in BepInEx/config/ValkyrieStatusEffects.

To Do:

[ ] Add more than 2 skill levels
