Adds a new build piece that collects tar if you build it near a tarpit.
## Installation (manual)
- extract
TarCollector.dllfile to yourBepInEx\Plugins\folder

- Adds a new build piece called TarCollector, only works if you build it near a tarpit.
- Configurable duration, max capacity and recipe
- Uses serversync and built-in config watcher.
- Configurable through config file or Configuration Manager
