SERVER SYNCED
Allows you to use Surtling cores (or configeured item) to speed up boats, letting them move faster and against the wind.
To use add a Surtling core to the boat inventory, control the boat then press shift to enable or disable.
Available config options:

SecsPerCore- Seconds of full speed travel per core. 5 minutes by default -
SpeedBack,SpeedSlow,SpeedHalf,SpeedFull- Amount of speed the Surtling core adds -
CheatMode- Allow free usage
