- IMPORTANT NOTE: If you upgraded from anything prior to version
2.0.0you need to make sure Creature Level and Loot Control is uninstalled. There are some weird desync issues otherwise. If a player on a server has that still enabled and wanders around the world first (therefore becoming the local host) it seems to generate higher starred monsters that show deceptively as "normal" monsters for everyone else.

- Allows resetting certain aspects of the world with high levels of control, like only resetting certain dungeons, biomes, or a location around coordinates

- The main reason we used this was for resetting dungeon spawns every in-game day, but now we can soft reset everything on a schedule with the above mods
