General

Both Server and Client side. You can simply force settings Server side by changeing in the config.

Standard Settings

ChanceToSaveArrowsOn (Turn on chance to recover arrows (bool). [Synced with Server]) = true
ChanceToSaveArrowsValue (Chance to save arrows. 0 - 100 would represent procentage of chance to get arrows back (float). [Synced with Server]) = 50
