shimpatch
This is a temporary mod to aide in installing a patched version of unreal-shimloader.
The current version fails to load C++ mods due to a missing LoadLibraryW detour. This patched dwmapi.dll resolves that issue by implementing the detour.

To be depracated once unreal-shimloader is fixed.
