MoreWagOptions - Requires BlueberryWolfi.APIs
Adds a keybind to toggle wagging (F); and two to decrease/increase the wagging speed ([ and ] respectively)
Edit config to adjust the amount the wagging speed changes for each decrement/increment
Install BlueBerryWolfi.APIs from https://github.com/BlueberryWolf/APIs/tree/main
