Commando Elite Trooper Skin
Adds a new skin, heavily modified from the original mesh, to one that is reminiscent of Star Wars clone troopers. Also comes with a replacement to his pistols, dual DC-17M blasters used by clone commandos.

- 1.2.0: Switched shader to Hopoo's. Added a config to select which weapon to pick, total of four different ones. Tweaked body model.

Known Issues
- On the character selection menu, the vanilla pistols will have the mesh swap. In-game they will have their vanilla meshes.
