Adds a skin that makes engineer look more like engineer.

- 1.0.3: Materials no longer broken from update. Added new bonus turrets, which can be enabled in the config.
Known Issues
- The turret will not have the new skin on the character select screen. It will appear in game.
- The monsoon skin will have the default mines and turret on the character select screen.
