Death And Revival Sounds

This mod adds two sounds, one on death and the other one on the revival from these items:

Dio's Best Friend
Pluripotent Larva (Survivors Of The Void)

The added sounds are:

Death: "yaeger" -> Calebcity
Revival: "bitch I am back out my coma" -> Kanye East
