Hazel's Modular Modpacks: Characters

Adds my favorite well fleshed out characters. Starstorm unofficial by default is configured to only have Cyborg and Chirr enabled, since they're the only two I use from the mod. There are plenty of other good characters, but I tend not to use most without alternate abilities or item displays.
