Adrenaline Frenzy is an item in the Rulers of the Red Plane mod for Risk of Rain 2.

On kill, it gives a stacking buff that gives 6% sprint speed (+4% per stack) for 10 seconds. On getting hit, it gives a stacking buff 12% speed (+7% per stack) for 8 seconds. The buffs stack speed linearly. It sacrifices Energy Drink

Tips

• If you have a rapid hitting attack, such as from a Clay Templar or Mini Mushrum, you can gain quite a bit of speed allowing quick escape, especially with Repulsion Plates.
• If you can group up a lot of enemies to kill them in quick succession, you can build up a lot of sprint speed to quickly race across the map.

Dev Thoughts

I really hope this is good enough to live up to Energy Drink. If you have 5 stacks of the on kill buff it should be better than Energy Drink, and the on hit speed is useful for saving yourself if your health was taken by many small hits.
