Tips

• This benefits highly from rapid hitting survivors, but the on kill chance makes it somewhat viable on slower hitters too.
• Since this item stacks both power and duration, on higher stacks you can pretty much get permanent uptime, increasing power a lot.

Dev Thoughts

I fear that this item won't live up to Predatory Instincts, and not be that good, but I don't think predatory is good without other crit items so maybe this will be viable.
