Focused Hemorrhage is an item in the Rulers of the Red Plane mod for Risk of Rain 2.
10% chance on hit to apply Hemorrhage 1 time (+1 time per stack) with a 135% damage multiplier over 15 seconds. Sacrifices a combination of Tri-Tip Dagger and Four Dimensional Dagger. Each stack of hemorrhage will deal 2700% damage over the 15 seconds, or 180% damage per second.
Note: this has a .15 weight in the bloody prism droptable vs. 1 for everything else so it is rarer.
Tips
- If you're lucky enough to get this it's probably worth it to sacrifice everything to get even more power.
- This is even more powerful on bandit since you can refresh stacks or this with your secondary.
Dev Thoughts
This could probably use a nerf. It did previous fail on just single target compared to a lot of stacking tri-tips but the power of 15 seconds of debuff uptime needs a little tweak I think. Aside from balancing I think it's a really cool idea to have two items combine into one, and power should come from that, just not this level lol.
