Method of acquiring: Bloody Prisms or sacrificing items
Details
Items in this tier will automatically "sacrifice" items, similar to void items. The large difference here is that for Sacrificial items, it slowly sacrifices items on killing monsters, at a rate of one conversion per 2.2 * difficulty coefficient kills. Due to bad coding, the number of kills resets on stage change.
