Everytime you collect an artifact via trial in Bulwark's Ambry, it sticks throughout the run.
Console commands

aa_status- Shows is artifacts accumulation enabled or disabled -
aa_disable- Disable artifacts accumulation. Rememebers status even if game is restarted. -
aa_enable- Enable artifacts accumulation.
