Unlocks the WIP artifacts that are already in the game

Currently playable

• Enigma: Give you a special use item that triggers a random effect on use
• Spirit: Makes you and monsters move faster at low health
• Spite: Makes monsters explode on death

TODO

• Replace the WIP textures
• Implement the other 2 missing artifacts (commando & sacrifice)
