Adds some chat messages that you can configure the contents of along with when they appear in your runs. Server-side and vanilla compatible.

The mod now supports Risk of Options! You can edit messages in-game and when a message is changed it will be sent in chat for easy editing!
A message can now include multiple different messages for the game to choose at random when the message is sent!
Fixed messages not being sent if their Send Again After X Stages value was 1.
Fixed messages not being sent on loops past the first if the previous run went through multiple loops.
Added 2 more progression messages for a total of 8.
