ConfigurableProgressionMessages
Adds some chat messages that you can configure the contents of along with when they appear in your runs. Server-side and vanilla compatible.

- The mod now supports Risk of Options! You can edit messages in-game and when a message is changed it will be sent in chat for easy editing!
- A message can now include multiple different messages for the game to choose at random when the message is sent!
